Amanda Bynes was out clubbing for the second time since her arrest. She was spotted texting while driving, which is against California law, and backed her car over a curb and onto a sidewalk while leaving Chateau Marmont, before heading to Greystone Manor.

People reports that the actress was seen yesterday with her thumb on the screen of her white iPhone, apparently texting, while backing her car over a kerb.

It is illegal to text or to use a mobile phone, unless it is hands-free, while driving in California.

A photographer reportedly said that Bynes was "not even looking at the road" and that she "went right through a stop sign".

Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes was arrested early Friday morning in West Hollywood on suspicion of driving under the influence. The 26-year-old was attempting to pass a cop car just before being pulled over. As of this writing, she's still in jail, being held until someone picks her up and pays her $5,000 bail.
