It's over. Jesse James and fiance Kat Von D have broken up nearly a year after their relationship became public.

The couple began dating in August, 2010 after rumors swirled and tabloid photos emerged that the couple was together -- just weeks after the scandal broke that James was cheating on his then wife, Sandra Bullock.

Von D, who stars in the reality show 'LA Ink,' broke the news of the split on her Twitter page Monday night saying "I am no longer with Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, that's all the info I'd like to share. Thanks for respecting that."

Sandra Bullock's ex-husband Jesse James is engaged to be married again.

The biker businessman, whose five-year marriage to the Oscar-winner collapsed last year amid allegations of his infidelity, said he will wed tattoo artist Kat Von D, adding: "It's true."

Jesse, 41, began dating Kat over the summer after his very public split from The Blind Side actress Sandra.

The 28-year-old, whose fiance calls her his best friend, stars in the US reality show LA Ink. Kat, whose real name is Katherine von Drachenberg, says James is "the one".

No wedding date has been announced.

Kat Von D reportedly dumped controversial boyfriend Jesse James after a few months and reports of getting closer to James' daughter. Apparently she's gotten back together with her ex-boyfriend, rock star Nikki Sixx.

"Kat used Jesse to win Nikki back, and it worked," a friend of Von D's told Life & Style magazine. "She also was using Jesse for the press."

Coincidentally, Von D is busy promoting both her new book and new season of her TV show, "L.A. Ink," and was spotted out with Sixx on Oct. 5 at the House of Blues in L.A.

But despite the controversy surrounding them, Jesse and Kat seemed happier than ever as they went out for lunch in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Kissing and laughing, the couple couldn't keep their hands off each other, and alternated eating their tacos with public displays of affection at Pinches Tacos in Hollywood.

According to owner Kat Von D, her new outpost -- as described on the LA Ink star's Facebook page -- "merges the worlds of contemporary art and body art".

The Wonderland Gallery is also convenient to the expert tattoo-ed lady as the unique boutique is attached to the shop where she and her team do their ink work.

Jesse James and Kat Von D have recently taken their romance from Las Vegas to Austin, Texas, where the couple were spotted holding hands and riding motorcycles in Fredericksburg, Texas, near the motorcycle mogul's relocated business and family.

Came time for Von D to leave, the two shared a kiss at the Austin Airport as James dropped her off for the flight.

"They're definitely not hiding anything at this point," a source close to Von D said after their Texas time together. "Kat's happy. She doesn't really care what other people think. She'll do what she wants regardless."

Looks like Kat Von D tweeted too soon.

The star of "LA Ink" took to Twitter on Wednesday to confirm reports that she and Sandra Bullock's ex-husband, Jesse James, are now an item.

"Yes, Jesse and I are dating," the reality star, 28, wrote.

However before she decided to delete the tweet, Von D's message was already re-tweeted by more than 100 people on the social networking site.

Despite her rep claiming that they're "just friends," the new couple's body language over the weekend begs to differ.

According to People.com, the bad boy biker, 41, was spotted getting cozy with Von D in Las Vegas on Saturday. The duo reportedly sat side-by-side in an oversized booth as they dined at Palms Casino Resort's N9NE Steakhouse, and were spotted holding hands as they made their way out of the venue together.

"Jesse and Kat drove to Las Vegas together in Jesse's car. It was just the two of them and they slept in the same room," a source told the mag. "They have been friends for years, but this is the first time they are both single."

Actress Sandra Bullock has released a statement, commenting on the rumor of an alleged sex tape with her husband Jesse James.

She says that no such tape exists and ever will exist, a bad oman for the future of the Bullock James relationship. Even James is backing Sandra on this one, stating that no such tape exists, or ever has existed.

The rumors of a sex tape existing and in James' possession were started earlier this week, and bloggers were quick to spread the word.

"There is no sex tape," the Oscar-winning actress said in a statement to People magazine Tuesday. "There never has been one and there never will be one."

As for James he has checked himself back into rehab, after bolting from the facility over the weekend.

She's currently dancing under the alias "Avrey" at Pure Platinum Kearny Mesa Club. She's also posted racy photos of herself online, at the site SocalGlamourGirls.com.

She also reportedly told her boss all about Jesse James. Her boss says, "She told me that Jesse's marriage to Sandra Bullock was for publicity, and that's why he did Donald Trump's show, 'Celebrity Apprentice.' He never called on Sandra for money or influence because their marriage was a sham she said."
