Kelly Osbourne is officially a Material Girl! Last month it was announced that the 26-year-old reality star/actress was replacing "Gossip Girl"'s Taylor Momsen as the face of Madonna and daughter Lourdes Leon's rocker chic line.

A platinum-tressed Kelly vamps, vogues and poses for a series of graffiti-laced ads meant to hearken back to Madge's roots in New York City's East Village. The '80s are alive and well in these images, from Kelly's bangled wrists to that ginormous boom box.

"I take so much of my style from Madonna in the '80s and I really admire how Lola dresses and that she stays true to herself," Kelly said. "It's such an honor to be a part of this campaign and it was an amazing experience to work with Madonna and Lola. Material Girl is incredible because it's high fashion but it is accessible to everyone at Macy's."

Chace Crawford has sparked speculation he's dating Kelly Osbourne after the pair was spotted together in New York.

Britain's Daily Mail Online suggests Osbourne has been secretly dating Gossip Girl hunk Crawford and they have met up several times in the Big Apple recently.

A source tells the website, "Kelly and Chace have been on a couple of dates and are trying desperately to keep things on the downlow. Kelly is wary, she had zero confidence before she met Luke and look how that turned out.

"She wants to keep their romance out of the spotlight until she's sure it's the real thing. She's had a tough time of it since splitting from Luke three months ago. But she's looking great and is finally starting to feel that way too.

"Kelly is really unique and opinionated, something that Chace finds very cool. She also looks stunning but in a very unique and hip way. They could be Manhattan's new hip couple. Neither one of them are bothered about red carpets in a traditional sense, she grew up with all that debacle and he's a Texan boy at heart."

Kelly Osbourne has been known for her daring looks, colored hair, and rebel style, but last night she threw it all away and glamoured herself up for a performance with the Pussycat Dolls at the Viper Room.
