Lindsay Lohan has fuelled rumors she is dating the billionaire hotelier Vikram Chatwal after being spotted partying with him at a party this week.

The actress was spotted with Vikram on a late night shopping spree at Chanel last month, though the pair were first rumored to be dating last year, reports the UK's Daily Mail.

We are anxious to see the surveillance video which we feel will prove that Lindsay Lohan was at the nightclub and the evidence will speak for itself."

Lohan's representative denies that there are any problems for the biopic, adding: "Producers have assured us everything is on track and there are absolutely no problems. Lindsay is going to star in Liz and Dick."

Lindsay Lohan's days as a criminal defendant could be over — if she can behave herself.

A judge on Thursday ended the long-running probation of the problem-prone actress in a 2007 drunken driving case after a string of violations, jail sentences and rehab stints.

The 25-year-old actress will remain on informal probation for taking a necklace without permission last year, but will no longer have a probation officer or face travel restrictions and weekly shifts cleaning up at the morgue.

Lohan, wearing a powder blue suit and black blouse, let out a sigh of relief as she left Judge Stephanie Sautner's courtroom, possibly for the last time.

"I just want to say thank you for being fair," Lohan told the judge. "It's really opened a lot of doors for me."

The judge said she wasn't going to lecture the actress, but gave her some parting advice.

"You need to live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work," Sautner said.

She reminded Lohan that she will remain on informal probation until May 2014 in the necklace case and could face up to 245 days in jail if she gets into trouble again.

Actress Lindsay Lohan got high marks from a Los Angeles judge at her penultimate progress hearing today, as she enters the "home stretch" of her probation after being convicted for theft last year.

"The probation officer is pleased with your progress. You seem to be getting your life back on track and that's what we all hoped for," Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan.

"It was never our goal to just put people in jail, we like to see ... change, and I think we've all seen that," she added.

The 25-year-old actress wore a mint green form-fitting dress to her third progress hearing for her five-month court-ordered community service and therapy sessions sentence.

Lohan must complete 14 more days of community service at the Los Angeles county morgue and five more therapy sessions before her final hearing, scheduled for March 29.

If she completes all her requirements by then, her probation from a 2007 drink-driving case in Beverly Hills will end, and her formal probation stemming from her theft charge will be downgraded to summary probation, under which Lohan will no longer need to check in with a probation officer.

"After March 29, all you have to do is obey all laws, stay out of trouble, move on with your life," Judge Sautner said.
