Actress Lisa Rinna, who had been denying rumors of silicone lip injections for years, finally broke down in 2008 and admitted that she used injections to enhance her looks. Now, just two years later, she's ready to reverse the decision she made way back in the 80s.

"My lips started to define who I am," Rinna, 47, explained to People. "That bothered me. It doesn't matter what other people think," she says. "I did it for myself." And although the lip is still swollen (it takes six months to heal), she's already thrilled. "My lip has no lumps! It's smooth."

Lisa Rinna was horrified by The Hills' star Heidi Montag's ten cosmetic surgeries, recently featured on the cover of People. And she had to hide the magazine from her children!

"I will tell you I had to take that cover off the magazine before it came in the house," Rinna told Fancast, "We have two girls. I don't think it is something you want to bring in the house and say, 'Oh, look.'"

Guess she shields her gals from Mommy's personal beauty experiences, including the publicly admitted ones she's discussed in her book, "Rinnavation," with Juvederm, Botox, and breast implants. Kids do notice these little things, the Dish Rag thinks.

She summed up her feelings with a dismissive, "I mean, you know - to each his own, is all I will say."
