The 28-year-old Aussie model Miranda Kerr and her husband Orlando Bloom teamed up for a gym outing in Los Angeles.

Orlando Bloom's wife has shown off the couple's baby boy, calling him a "little ray of sunshine".

Australian model Miranda Kerr gave birth to Flynn, the couple's first child, following a natural labour.

Pirates Of The Caribbean star Orlando and Miranda tied the knot in a low-key ceremony in Los Angeles last July, after becoming engaged a month earlier.

Miranda wrote on her Facebook page: "We have a beautiful little boy named Flynn. He was born on the 6th Jan and I gave birth to him naturally, without any pain medication.

"Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it. We are so happy and are enjoying our time together as a family. He is our little ray of sunshine."

Miranda posted a picture of herself nursing the baby, which weighed in at 9lbs 12oz, on her organic skincare range website.

According to reports, she also wrote on the site: "It was a long, arduous and difficult labour... I could not have done it without him (Bloom)."

Supermodel Miranda Kerr, who was raised in an Australian country town, has married her Hollywood leading man, Orlando Bloom, just a month after the couple announced their engagement.

Kerr, 27, who shot to international fame as a Victoria's Secret lingerie model, and Bloom, 33, star of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "The Lord of the Rings" movies, began dating in 2007 and have frequently denied rumors of an impending wedding.

But the couple's publicists last month confirmed that this time the reports were true and they were engaged.

Australian store David Jones, for which Kerr is an ambassador, confirmed the wedding in a statement released to the Australian media on Friday, that said Kerr had canceled her appearance at the store's upcoming spring/summer fashion launch.

"We have been trying to plan this for some time and unfortunately the only window of opportunity for our honeymoon fell at the same time as the David Jones fashion launch," Kerr said in the statement.

"David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together."

Orlando Bloom receives an honorary degree from the University of Kent in his hometown of Canterbury, United Kingdom on Tuesday.

"It's a really big deal. It's an exciting day for me," Orly told the Press Association. "I'm really honored to be back in my home town. I have so many amazing memories of the cathedral and Canterbury. I have lived near the university so it's like my playground. It's a huge, huge honor and I feel chuffed, as does my mother - nobody more than my mother."

Miranda Kerr wants an "intimate" wedding.

The Australian model - who recently got engaged to British actor Orlando Bloom - admits the couple are struggling to decide where to hold their nuptials because it is difficult to please all their families and friends.

She said: "We have family and friends all over the world, so deciding where is a tricky one.

"We are enjoying being engaged for the time being and will take our time in making any plans. We are both very private so would like it to be intimate and personal."
