The new season of X Factor USA will reportedly return this fall, and according to recent reports, it is being alleged that singer Britney Spears is being considered to be a judge on the new season of the show.

As reports, Simon Cowell said of the various rumors that have been reported in the media: "You'll have to wait and see. I can't confirm or deny anything right now. The truth is, we are talking to a number of people. It changes on a daily basis to be honest with you. [We're looking at] a very famous singer and one very famous actress. You've gotta talk to everybody."

Simon Cowell loves flirting with women.

The music mogul - who became engaged to make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy six months ago - admitted despite having plans to walk down the aisle, he can't resist flirting with other women.

He said: "I like women. I just like them. I like flirting and I like to listen. Guys will say they fancy girls, but my best friends are girls."

However, the 50-year-old star - who also dated singer Sinitta and British television presenter Terri Seymour in the past - explained the reason he clicks so well with his fiance is because she understands his personality.

He explained: "Mezhgan gets it. Certain women don't get it. You've got to understand it, that it's not serious. You mustn't be uptight."

Simon Cowell obviously spared no expense with this huge diamond ring he bought for his 36-year-old finaceé, Mezhgan Hussainy. Just look at that rock!

Robert DiMattina, Owner of Diamond Images USA in Miami, FL, tells HollywoodLife.com the ring "Is about six-seven karats" and the stone cost "approximately $400,000-$500,000." WOW! He adds, "It's a round, brilliant diamond. If the color and clarity are higher, it could be worth more." Mezhgan, we hope you're careful with that!

Simon and Mezhgan met on the set of American Idol, where he has been the popular but harsh judge of the aspiring Idols, and she, their make-up artist. The two were engaged last week and she is already showing off her finger bling!
